We believe our onboard crew is the key to successful ship management, with a high retention rate as our top priority. A stable, skilled workforce drives cost-effectiveness and efficiency, supported by clear processes, IT tools, and communication between sea and shore.
Our pool includes experienced seafarers from Eastern Europe and Asia, selected through rigorous testing and interviews. Prior to embarkation, crew members are thoroughly familiarized with SMS protocols, trade routes, and vessel specifics to ensure high retention.
Applications for all positions are accepted year-round.
